Emotional Awareness Programme for Transition Year Students
Through participation in the EAP TY students learn to: • Identify healthy and unhealthy emotions in themselves and others • Widen their ability to think clearly under pressure and discern appropriate solutions to problems. • Diminish symptoms of personal, school and social related-stress such as overwhelm, frustration and sleep disturbance. • Communicate more authentically and harmoniously (Within relationships and public speaking) • Improve reaction times, coordination and spatial awareness (Sport and performance orientated)
